Delete Your Account

About this request

This account deletion request applies to the TrueGradient application published by TrueGradient (package name ai.truegradient.app).

You can permanently delete your TrueGradient account, along with your associated data, at any time using either of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete from within the app

To delete your account directly in the TrueGradient mobile app:

• Open the TrueGradient app and sign in
• Go to Settings
• Tap "Delete Account"
• Confirm the deletion in the prompt

You will be signed out immediately and will not be able to sign back in.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you are unable to access the app, email us from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion:

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your account record, including:

• Your profile information (name and email address)
• Your account and sign-in credentials

If you are the sole member of a workspace, the workspace record is deleted along with your account.

If you would also like any datasets, files, or other content you uploaded to be removed, email us at support@truegradient.ai and we will process your request.

Deletion timeline and retention

Your account is deactivated and you are signed out immediately when the request is submitted. Your account record is then fully and permanently removed from our systems within 24 hours.

A limited amount of information may be retained only where required to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. This account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
